Hastings Kickboxing Academy (HKA) prides itself on combining professional tuition and good facilities with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

With over 20 years experience Carl Denne successfully runs Hastings Kickboxing Academy, helping members gain confidence, develop their fitness and achieve success in grading and competitions. The club hold gradings three times a year and are one of the few clubs in East Sussex that is externally graded by R.C.U.K. (Ring Combat UK).HKA has been training at William Parker Sports College for many years in their fully equipped gym, which boasts over 5000sqft floor space with a matted area of over 2000sqft. The gym has the advantage of being fully heated and having air conditioning to help to maintain comfortable temperature in all weather conditions. It has a large male and a female changing room plus free parking for 200 cars.HKA is the longest established and most qualified kick boxing academy in Hastings and is growing from strength to strength in every possible way. The classes are going so well Carl has decided to build a Dojo called The Hive located just off Battle Road . The Hive has flexible opening times and private tuition is available on request. Carl is also involved with schools and community centers throughout the local area. He promotes healthy, active living with a focus on fitness, as well as supporting anti-bullying ethics by working with children of all ages to build self confidence. In the last 2 years, HKA has produced a ringmaster, British and 5 nations Title holder, along with a bronze and Silver world medalist. We’ve had over 70 bouts this year winning around 70% of them.If you want to get fit, lose weight, tone up, as well as make new friends and learn self-defense skills then HKA is the place for you. Any size, shape or fitness level is welcome, and at HKA we’ll tailor things to match your abilities – working with you to build your confidence and achieve your goals at a pace that suits you.
