Lesson plan - For The More Experienced
You will be expected to know the basics, be confident with sparring and have an excellent level of fitness. This lesson does include regular fitness and drill tests.
15/20 min intense warm up
Good stretch out
Mixture of basic and advanced techniques punching and kicking (jumping
and flying techniques)
Hard bag rounds
Longer circuit training
Conditioning
Syllabus training
Games and competitions to help with Martial arts and focus
Shadow boxing
Combination drills
Controlled sparring
Semi points and full contact sparring
Warm down
Sessions change weekly depending on numbers, skill levels etc, but this
is the advanced class.
