Lesson plan – The Place To Start
If you’re interested in Kickboxing but you’re worried about the contact or being hurt then stop now. Beginners Kickboxing is non contact and it taught in a friendly fun controlled environment. We have a few advanced guys around in the class to help anyone who wants that little bit extra. Once you become confident in the sport and when you are ready, you can move up into the Intermediates.

15 min warm up
Quick stretch
Mixture of basic techniques, stance work, punching and kicking
Circuit training
Grading syllabus
Basic sparring techniques
Warm down
Stretch

Sessions change weekly depending on numbers, skill levels etc, but this is the beginners structure.
