HKA brings to you Boxing Fridays. Every Friday at 18:00 till 19:00, £4.50 or free when advanced monthly membership taken out.

This is a new class for 2011, and is open to all:

• Ages 13+
• A class for men and women
• Train at their own pace
• If fitness or toning up is what you want, that’s great!
• If you want to get some unwanted stress out, even better!
• For Kick boxers or anyone else who wants to learn how to box this is where you can up your game and get some extra training in

Carl Denne has boxed for over 15 years and trained at West Hill Boys club were he gained senior boxer of the year for 2 years running.

Carl would like to thank to Dave Bishop (West Hill Boys Club) for his blessing on this class, who Carl trained under whilst at the WHB club.

At HKA we proud to be a club that is CRB checked, fully licensed and insured with full competition ring and dojo set up for this type of training.
