Cardio Kickboxing

 
 

With over 19 years of kickboxing and boxing experience behind us, we’re giving you the chance to come along for a 60 minutes full body work out to leave you energised and ready to take on the world.

Unlike most keep fit classes around HKA use boxing and kickboxing techniques which you don’t often see. The benefit of being able to punch or kick a target and making contact helps releave that unwanted stress which you might not be able to achieve from other classes.

This is a great session to start off with and if you have ever thought about kickboxing and have been worried about the contact side, this class is a non contact session (no sparring/fighting etc)

But you will be able to grit your teeth, shout if you want and give it your all.

So.. Cardio kickboxing is your stress relief you’ve been looking for. It will help you lose weight, tone up and help you feel great. For 1 hour forget about the world and train as hard as you can, giving you that all over body work out.

So why wouldn’t you start?
