Lesson plan – The Step Up
If you’re an intermediate or advanced Kickboxer then this ideal the place for you. We start off with a hard warm up, then depending on numbers and whos in the class we practice different skills such as sparring technique, Ring craft, drill pads, and generally train hard for the first hour. For the second part of the lession the intermediates are free to leave and the advanced stay on to up the pace and power for the fighters. Giving you a hard work out.
You will be expected to know the basics, be confident with sparring and have an excellent level of fitness. This lesson does include regular fitness and drill tests. 15/20 min intense warm up

Sessions change weekly depending on numbers, skill levels etc, but this is the advanced class
