A few games to help with learning martial arts, increasing fitness and co-ordination.
Focus pad work
Very light Circuit
Shadow boxing
Self-defence
Warm down
Another short talk to help your little ones understand what they’ve learnt and when it’s ok to use there new skills….(with parent or guardian)
Sessions change every week depending on numbers, skill levels etc, but this is the basic structure.
