The reason for learning self defence.
Large part of the session is on self defence working on many different ways of helping your self in every eventuality to stay safe. Learning how to protect your self and your friends.
Mixture of techniques punching and kicking. Bag work (still helps to be fit)
A few games and drills
Warm down
Sessions change every week depending on numbers skill levels etc, but this is the basic structure.
